safety rules

Welcome to The Range! We want everyone to enjoy themselves, play, and train. That is why we have a number of house rules to ensure safety, mutual respect, and a pleasant atmosphere.

  1. Use at your own risk. The Range is not liable for theft and/or damage.
  2. Always play from the mats – this keeps it safe for everyone. Entering the field is not permitted.
  3. Our staff and professionals are happy to help you; follow their instructions immediately.
  4. Are you experiencing a malfunction? Let us know immediately.
  5. Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult only.
  6. On the first floor, keep a distance of at least 1 meter from the edge of the floor and do not leave the mat at the front.
  7. It is not permitted to use the facilities outside of opening hours. The opening hours can be found on the website.
  8. Playing over the nets is prohibited.
  9. Our location is secured 24/7 with camera surveillance. By using The Range, you automatically agree to this security.
  10. We aim for a pleasant atmosphere. If house rules are violated, entry may be refused (without refund). In the event of repeated violations, this may apply to the entire premises (including the golf course).

GEAR GUIDE

  1. Practice exclusively with balls from The Range’s ball dispenser.
  2. The tee mats and frames are optimally positioned; do not move them. They have been measured by the tracking system.
  3. It is not permitted to take driving range balls from The Range or use them outside The Range building or on other practice facilities of the golf course, with the exception of use during golf lessons.
  4. Are you using a loaner club? Just return it afterwards – thank you!
  5. Trolleys do not belong in changing cabins, indoors, or on the upper floor. Golf bags or loose clubs are fine.
  6. Keep the walkway at the bar and the terrace clear by not placing trolleys there.

HOW WE ROLL

  1. Reservations and classes take priority on the mats, cabins, and in the indoor area.
  2. A general smoking ban applies.
  3. Enjoy our catering facilities: bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.
  4. Put away your ball basket after use.
  5. Throw waste in the designated bins – this way we keep The Range tidy together.
  6. Professional video and photo shoots exclusively by consultation.
  7. The Range borders on nature and woodland; keep the grounds clean and be mindful of the surroundings.

Thank you for working with us to make The Range a pleasant, safe, and inspiring place. Together, we keep the experience top-notch – every single day.

Many thanks and have fun!
